Returns and Non Delivery

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for a prompt exchange or full refund. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging to the following address:

Please note: carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer.

Remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We endeavour to ensure that all the information on this Web Site is correct and fairly stated, but are unable to accept liability for any errors or omissions.

Damaged Goods

In order to comply with our carriers terms of insurance, we must be informed (by telephone or e-mail) of any damage to goods in transit within 48 hours of receipt. Linda Meaney will be responsible for the collection of the damaged goods and for replacements to be sent.

Cancellation of Orders

Linda Meaney does not accept the cancellation of orders without giving prior consent. Returns may be possible at the discretion of the company and then only if the goods are in perfect condition. Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer.

What information is collected and how is this information used?

To make a purchase at our site, users are asked to provide their name, email address, billing address and delivery address. This information is securely stored for us to access in the event of us checking any previous orders which you make.

No, Linda Meaney does not sell, trade, lease or distribute the personal information of its users & customers.

How do we protect this information?

All transmissions of personal user information and credit card details are through secure computer servers which run the latest authentication and data encryption software.

Delivery Information

We use reputable carrier services that require a signature on delivery. Please be aware of the possible difficulties encountered when not receiving delivered goods in person.

The great majority of our orders have to be dispatched by carrier rather than by post for the reasons of size, weight and the signature requirement. Your order shipment price will be calculated on the size and weight of the print or painting and its packaging. You will be advised of this cost in advance of payment.

Online tracking is available on most consignments. Please contact us for your consignment tracking number if required.

Normal delivery schedules prevail on most orders however, due to occasional seasonal circumstances which may affect our routine dispatch services, it's not possible to guarantee any specific delivery date.

Any uncommon delivery requests will be considered at our discretion, if accepted this will be granted on the understanding that this will be entirely at the customers risk.

Please note: unfortunately, we are unable to deliver goods to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
